TRC Talent Solutions is hiring a Site Superintendent to join a high-performing team delivering complex, mission-critical construction projects. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and consistently delivers projects on time, within budget, and beyond expectations.
What Youll Do
- Lead daily site operations including coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
- Translate design documents into actionable plans and execution strategies
- Develop and manage project schedules, sequencing, and timelines
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for complex projects
- Oversee quality, safety, and compliance across all site activities
- Manage client interactions and maintain strong, professional relationships
- Maintain detailed daily reports on site conditions, progress, and safety
- Support project closeout including punch lists and documentation
Skills Needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- Experience developing MOPs/SOPs for live critical systems
- Strategic thinking with strong planning and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize effectively
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 810+ years of experience managing mission-critical construction projects
- Experience with data centers or highly technical facilities preferred
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, sequencing, and execution
- Ability to lead teams through complex challenges and changing conditions
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
