    Position Overview

    The Senior Project Manager is a key member of our Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) team, leading complex, large-scale technology projects from planning through delivery. In this role, you'll work across departments and with external partners to implement innovative solutions, ensure project success, and drive meaningful business outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale IT projects (application development, system implementations, integrations)
    • Coordinate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure project alignment, prioritization and execution
    • Partner closely with solutions delivery leader to execute project methodology
    • Definesproject scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, communication plans and status reporting
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
    • Manage project constraints for scope, schedule, budget and resources
    • Secure resource commitments and defines team roles
    • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders
    • Liaise between IT, business units, and external vendor partners
    • Facilitate meetings, discussions, and presentations to support governance structure
    • Apply change management and group facilitation skills
    • Maintain knowledge of key TeamHealth applications and processes
    • Assure all necessary project documentation is created and maintained, as needed for audit and compliance controls
    • Perform other duties as assigned
