Commercial Interiors General Contractor Project Manager

Job Description

Lead multiple high-end commercial interiors projects simultaneously. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and financial performance. Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors. Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Drive project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Mentor and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
  • Proven track record delivering high-end commercial interiors projects
  • Strong experience managing complex, fast-track projects in NYC
  • Exceptional knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
  • Results-driven, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
