Description
- Lead multiple high-end commercial interiors projects simultaneously
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and financial performance
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors
- Review and manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Drive project execution while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction
- Mentor and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Proven track record delivering high-end commercial interiors projects
- Strong experience managing complex, fast-track projects in NYC
- Exceptional knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software
- Results-driven, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
