Position Summary The Senior Project Manager, Integrations & Peripheral Systems will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving delivery across all LOS peripheral applications, integrations, and dependent systems supporting the Loan Origination System (LOS) modernization program.

A leading Automotive Finance company, located in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Seniro Project Manager, Integrations & Peripheral Systems for a 6-12+ month contract role. This role is hybrid with 2 days a week onsite. Position Summary The Senior Project Manager, Integrations & Peripheral Systems will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving delivery across all LOS peripheral applications, integrations, and dependent systems supporting the Loan Origination System (LOS) modernization program. This role serves as the central coordination point between Business, IT, Salesforce, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure all interfaces, data exchanges, reports, decision engines, and supporting applications are delivered, tested, and deployed in alignment with the overall LOS roadmap. The ideal candidate is a highly organized program leader with experience managing complex enterprise integrations, multiple vendors, and cross-functional teams in large-scale transformation initiatives. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Program & Delivery Management * Lead end-to-end delivery of all LOS peripheral systems and integrations. * Develop and maintain integrated project plans across internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners. * Manage dependencies, milestones, risks, assumptions, issues, and decisions. * Coordinate activities across Business, IT, Digital, Infrastructure, Security, Data, and Vendor teams. * Drive issue resolution and escalation management. Integration Management * Oversee planning, design, development, testing, and deployment activities for all system integrations. * Coordinate integration readiness between Salesforce, MuleSoft, internal systems, and external partners. * Ensure interface specifications, mappings, and integration requirements are documented and approved. * Track integration development status and manage technical dependencies. Vendor Management * Manage relationships with multiple vendors and third-party partners. * Track vendor deliverables, commitments, and milestones. * Facilitate status reviews and executive escalations when needed. * Ensure contract deliverables are aligned to program timelines. Governance & Reporting * Prepare executive-level status reporting. * Present program updates, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership. * Develop dashboards and reporting metrics. * Support ESC, EFC, Steering Committee, and executive review meetings. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. * 8+ years of project or program management experience. * 5+ years managing enterprise application integrations. * Experience leading large digital transformation programs. * Experience managing multiple vendors and third-party software providers. * Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies. * Proven ability to manage large cross-functional teams and complex dependencies. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications * Financial Services, Automotive Finance, Banking, or Lending industry experience. * Salesforce transformation experience. * Experience managing API-based integrations. * PMP certification preferred. * Agile certification preferred. ________________________________________ Key Success Metrics * On-time delivery of integration milestones. * Successful deployment of all LOS peripheral applications and interfaces. * Reduction in integration-related defects. * Timely resolution of cross-functional risks and issues. * Successful SIT and UAT execution. * Executive stakeholder satisfaction. * Overall Release 1 and Release 2 readiness.
