This established design-build contractor has been operating for over 60 years and specializes in manufacturing facilities, warehouse and distribution centers, corporate interiors, and other commercial construction projects. The company provides integrated design, construction management, and general contracting services, delivering complex industrial and commercial developments across the United States.
Lead large and complex industrial and manufacturing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement activities throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and lead project teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project goals. Maintain strong client relationships by providing updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations. Ensure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, project specifications, and contractual obligations.

Experience leading large-scale manufacturing or industrial construction projects with strong technical expertise. Ability to lead project teams while maintaining safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Thorough understanding of industrial safety regulations and enforcement of project protocols. Strong problem-solving skills to address complex construction challenges and keep projects on schedule. Excellent communication and leadership abilities for effective coordination with clients, contractors, and project teams.
