Overview:
Polk Mechanical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects and ensure successful delivery through strong leadership, financial oversight, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple large-scale projects
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and project execution
- Manage subcontractors and procurement processes
- Conduct planning meetings and ensure compliance
- Resolve complex project issues
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Advanced leadership and project management skills
- Strong financial and contract management knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
