Job Details
- Manage/lead project teams
- Lead pricing, value engineering, site selection investigations, and building assessments
- Develop site logistics plans and create detailed schedules in conjunction with Superintendents
- Establish/maintain client, subcontractor, and industry relationships
- Oversee procurement, cost, and change management
- Lead weekly project meetings with client and subs
- Manage punch list and oversee project closeout
- Manage all aspects of project accounting, financial projections, and reporting
- Project focus is work under $50M each
Requirements:
- 7+ years of project management experience at a general contractor
- Extensive experience with commercial TI, life science, biotech, healthcare, or pharmaceutical projects
- Strong communication skills while being a go-getter/driven
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software (Procore), Estimating Software (Bluebeam), and Scheduling Software (MS Project)
- Prefer experience managing multiple projects at once
- Employment longevity/stability
- Must pass background check
