Position Overview: As a Senior Project Manager/Estimator , you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing commercial projects from inception to completion. Position Overview: As a Senior Project Manager/Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing commercial projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include preparing project estimates and budgets, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams, and ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee commercial projects from start to finish
• Prepare accurate project estimates and budgets
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Ensure timely project completion within budgetary constraints

Key Requirements:

• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in project estimating software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Benefits:
