Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Division 8 (Doors, Frames & Hardware)
Location: Dallas, Texas (On-Site)
Solid Rock Recruiting is actively seeking 1–2 experienced Senior Project Managers for a respected client in the Division 8 sector. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, ideal for professionals with a strong background in commercial doors, frames, and hardware, and a proven ability to lead complex construction projects from start to finish.
Lead Division 8 projects from inception to closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers
Oversee planning, procurement, fabrication, delivery, and installation of Division 8 materials
Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and implement proactive solutions
Simultaneously manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and compliance standards
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams
Cultivate strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners
Continuously refine and improve project management processes
Minimum 5 years of experience in Division 8 project management
Deep understanding of commercial doors, frames, and hardware
Comsense software experience is highly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred)
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and building codes
