Description

An organization in Massachusetts is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead an SAP EWM implementation from planning through go-live and stabilization. This role oversees cross-functional delivery across business, technical, integration, and implementation teams to help ensure the solution is delivered on scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

About the Opportunity:

Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: Standard business
Setting: Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Lead the SAP EWM implementation through planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
Maintain the project plan, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, RAID log, decision log, and governance structure.
Coordinate work across business process owners, SAP functional leads, developers, integration teams, infrastructure, security, data, testing, and external partners.
Facilitate status meetings, steering committee updates, risk reviews, and executive reporting.
Manage scope, change requests, cutover planning, readiness activities, and hypercare support through go-live and transition to steady state.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience managing large-scale enterprise technology or SAP implementation projects.
Experience leading SAP EWM or SAP warehouse/logistics implementations.
Strong understanding of warehouse and supply chain business processes and their relationship to SAP solutions.
Experience managing projects involving SAP functional configuration, integrations, data conversion, testing, cutover, and deployment.
Experience coordinating multiple business, functional, technical, and third-party workstreams.
Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, issues, and scope changes.
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and vendor-management skills.
Experience working with structured implementation methodologies and tools such as SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
