Project Manager

The Project Manager will report into senior leadership and play a critical role in the successful delivery of commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $50M. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of larger, more complex builds while helping shape the future growth of the business.

Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and overall project execution plans

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project success

Lead project financials, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration

Utilize Procore and other construction management software to drive efficiency and reporting

Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule objectives

Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

For the Project Manager role, we are seeking:

5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction

Proven experience managing projects valued between $5M and $50M+

Strong preconstruction knowledge including budgeting, estimating review, scheduling, and planning

Experience utilizing Procore and modern construction management technology

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Client-facing experience with the ability to confidently lead project meetings

Strong understanding of contracts, project financials, and change order management

Demonstrated history of career stability and professional progression

Ability to remain composed under pressure while leading multiple project priorities

Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
