Sr Project Manager - Commercial - Tulsa

The Project Manager will report into senior construction leadership and take ownership of complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and wants a genuine pathway into future leadership.

• Lead commercial construction projects ranging from approximately $5M-$50M
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project execution
• Partner with field leadership, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Utilize construction management software, including Procore, to maintain project controls and reporting
• Participate in preconstruction planning, budgeting, and value-engineering efforts
• Serve as the primary client-facing representative throughout the project lifecycle
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the company's continued expansion into new markets and project sectors

For the Project Manager we are seeking:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
• Proven experience successfully managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Previous exposure to preconstruction activities and project planning
• Proficiency with Procore and modern construction management software platforms
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Client-facing experience with the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations
• Stable career history with demonstrated project ownership and progression
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to take ownership and solve problems

• Base salary: $120,000 - $150,000
• Vehicle allowance: $9,000 annually
