Sr. Project Manager | Commercial GC

Our client is a well respected and established General Contractor in the Detroit area and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team. • Managing ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover
• Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20M+
• Delivering on time and within budge projects for mutlifamily clients across Indianapolis
• Create and maintain the master schedule
• Assist in preconstruction planning
• Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks
• Work alongside Superintendet and subcontractors to deliver successful projects

• Base salary: $140-155K, based upon experience
• All in package: $165k+
