Description

Construction Project Manager

Construction General Contractor based out of San Antonio, TX with a track record of providing exemplary services to a wide range of clients in the K-12, municipal, higher education, healthcare, and commercial space.

Manage single large/complex projects or multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Oversee all aspects of project execution, including preconstruction activities, procurement, scheduling, and site logistics planning.

Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate activities to ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.

Lead the development of Project Execution Plans to guide project implementation and success.

Act as the primary client contact, managing client expectations, maintaining consistent performance, and fostering strong relationships.

Generate business opportunities through networking, marketing, and relationship-building efforts.

Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Assume Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned projects/clients, ensuring profitability and financial performance.

Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and customers by telephone and personal contact.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or Business preferred.

Minimum of 8 or more years of experience in construction management and project leadership.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.

Deep understanding of construction management principles, practices, and methodologies.

Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.

Valid driver's license and liability insurance.
