Position Summary:
The Project Manager will deliver medium and standard-complexity projects, managing day-to-day planning, execution, control, reporting, and closure in accordance with the client's established lifecycle, templates, and governance processes.
This role requires strong delivery-management capabilities, including managing multiple concurrent projects, maintaining project controls, accurate reporting, stakeholder coordination, and proactive escalation of risks and issues.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 10 years of experience managing IT and/or capital projects in a structured, governed environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong Waterfall project delivery experience.
- Exposure to Hybrid/Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project lifecycles and system-upgrade projects.
- Strong RAID, scheduling, and change-control discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project reporting and documentation experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Utility industry project delivery experience preferred.
- Professional Services (PS) delivery experience preferred.
- Experience with vendor-delivered implementations, modernization initiatives, and enterprise systems.
- Experience working in highly structured/governed environments.
Experience Requirements:
- 5 10 years of hands-on project delivery experience.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects through completion.
Certifications:
- PMP (PMI) strongly preferred.
- Equivalent globally recognized project management certification considered.
- CAPM or equivalent certification may be considered for candidates at the lower end of the experience range.
Technical Skills:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned projects through the full lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Maintain project schedules, baselines, milestones, RAID logs, and dependencies.
- Prepare status reports, governance materials, gate submissions, change requests, and forecast inputs.
- Coordinate with project owners, delivery teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Lead project-level governance and stakeholder communications.
- Provide accurate and timely information for portfolio reporting.
- Identify and escalate risks and issues proactively.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to established processes and governance standards.
