Make a Difference in Quality, Safety, and Accreditation Excellence
ChristianaCare is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Accreditation to lead and support system-wide accreditation, regulatory readiness, and patient safety initiatives. In this highly visible role, you will partner with clinical, operational, and executive leaders to develop and implement strategic programs that drive continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient outcomes.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative healthcare leader with strong project management expertise, a deep understanding of accreditation and regulatory standards, and a passion for advancing quality and safety across a complex healthcare environment.
What You'll Do
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in Nursing OR
Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Master's degree in a healthcare-related field.
Current Delaware RN license or Compact RN licensure
At least three years of experience leading complex, enterprise-level projects across multiple departments or service lines
At least three years of experience utilizing quality improvement methodologies, patient safety principles, or Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and driving sustainable organizational change
Experience managing projects involving quality, safety, accreditation, regulatory compliance, or performance improvement
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders
Certification through the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) within one year of hire

Annual Compensation Range $85,862.40 - $137,384.00
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
