This role bridges technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects with minimal disruption to mission-critical operations.How a Technical Project Manager will make an impact:Develop and maintain detailed process flow documentationEstablish project metrics, reporting frameworks, and tracking mechanisms to measure performance and progressCompile and present project status reports with key insights to senior leadership and stakeholdersConsult with management and customers regarding product feasibility and viability of network infrastructure plans and designs and includes emerging technology and product supportability into design and implementationProvide the team with support in data analysis, digital collaboration, and user experience enhancementsManage Office 365 upgrades across 160,000 machines that required updating before migrating users to Office 365Conduct thorough reviews & analysis of user information to plan and execute weekly migration schedules effectivelyServe as liaison between network engineers, development team and customer managementDeliver white-glove support for Microsoft Office 365 ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes during migrations and high-priority eventsProvide advanced support for diagnosing and resolving complex issues to minimize disruptions to mission-critical systems and applicationsCoordinate the migration issues/concerns with Service Desk, and other groups impacted by both machine upgrades and user migrationsSupport Google WorkspaceProvide oversight and technical project management for workstreams focused on Unified Endpoint Management solutions, including Microsoft Endpoint Manager technologies such as SCCM, Intune, Co-management, Windows Autopilot, and Azure Active DirectoryProvide analysis and recognize areas of potential risk, schedule slippageWork with several cross functional teams and organizationsDevelop content, PowerPoint presentations, and executive-level or peer-ready materials that require minimal revisions by othersTrack actions, record detailed meeting minutes, assign, and follow up with responsible parties and stakeholders on action plansWhat you'll need to succeed:Required Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)Required skills:Experience supporting large-scale device deployments and user migrationsStrong understanding of network infrastructure and enterprise systems architectureProven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex technical initiativesDemonstrate advanced expertise in data analysis, reporting, and documentationPossess exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively present to executive leadershipTechnical acumen with the ability to translate complex concepts into business termsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsHave a problem-solving mindsetAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environmentsAttention to detail and accountabilityTechnical skills:Hands-on or working knowledge of:Microsoft Office 365 (migration and administration)Endpoint management tools (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot)Identity and access management (Azure Active Directory)Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNowGoogle Workspace environmentsPreferred Skills:PMP, Agile, or related project management certificationArena Technical Resources, LLC, (ATR) is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) who will provide equal employment opportunity to employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, color, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, veteran status, ancestry, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, family structure, genetic information, or mental or physical disability.
