What We're Looking For
At HNTB, you can create a career that is meaningful to you while building communities that matter to all of us. For more than a century, we have been delivering solutions for some of the largest, most complex infrastructure projects across the country. With our historic growth, it is an exciting time to join our team of employee-owners.
This opportunity entails serving as a key leader assisting the Program Manager in driving the execution of the TDOT Statewide Congestion Management & Choice Lanes Program. In this role, you will support strategic program delivery across multiple concurrent projects, focusing heavily on Alternative Delivery methods (such as Progressive Design-Build, P3, and CM/GC) and the development and implementation of Tennessee's innovative Choice Lanes initiative. You will collaborate closely with TDOT leadership, internal multidisciplinary teams, and external partners to optimize project performance, mobility solutions, and schedule efficiency across the state.
