Akkodis is seeking a Sr Project Analyst for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate must have proven ability to coordinate audits, maintain regulatory documentation, and deliver accurate, timely filings while meeting critical compliance deadlines.
Rate Range: $50/Hour to $56/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sr Project Analyst Job Responsibilities include:
Manage the preparation, review, and submission of IRS Form 5500 filings and related schedules for employee benefit plans.
Support SEC Form 11-K filings and ensure accuracy and alignment with financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
Monitor compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and other applicable benefits regulations.
Coordinate with TPAs, auditors, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely regulatory filings and audit completion.
Maintain compliance documentation, including Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs), ACA disclosures, and regulatory calendars.
Analyze plan data, support audit activities, and drive process improvements to strengthen compliance controls and reporting accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in accounting, auditing, benefits compliance, or employee benefit plan administration.
Experience managing or supporting IRS Form 5500 filings, employee benefit plan audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $56.00 per hour
