Description

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team powers mission-critical applications for leading enterprises worldwide, delivering hyper-scale, multi-tenant services in more than 50 regions. We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong passion for supply chain excellence to lead our Rack Ingestion Program, supporting OCI's rapid growth through scalable hardware deployment and provisioning solutions.

In this role, you will focus on optimizing rack ingestion and provisioning processes-overseeing the development and execution of provisioning that ensure our infrastructure can efficiently meet current and future demands for our customer. You will spearhead process improvement initiatives in rack redeployment, driving alignment across OCI Infrastructure Ordering and Supply Chain teams.

As a strategic leader within the Rack Ingestion Program, you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Demand and Capacity Planning, Hardware Planning, Supply Chain Operations, and Delivery teams. Your deep business acumen, analytical prowess, and creative problem-solving skills will be vital in developing innovative solutions that enhance infrastructure operations, maximize hardware utilization, and support OCI's business outlook.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $67,900 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
