Sr. Program Manager

The Sr. Program Manager is accountable for the success of SkyWater customer programs by managing from a high-level view, strategically guiding resources, enforcing processes to ensure efficient progress towards program objectives, owning entire end-to-end life cycle of large-scale, cross-functional programs.Major Areas of Accountability:

Program Leadership - lead the program team to overcome challenges, ensuring program aligns with company strategic goals and provide structureCustomer Relationship Management - act as liaison between the customer(s) and SkyWater; responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships; holding both parties responsible and driving program objectivesProgram Planning - oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of programs; manage interdependencies between projects; manage escalations and change of scope requestsProgram Execution - accountable for all program requirements, executing to program milestonesProgram Governance - create program framework and processes to drive program milestones; ensure collaboration and communication between teams (internal/external); ensure program aspects and team members follow all internal/external process requirementsProgram Financial Management - manage program budget including vendor management, forecast program revenue, support program scope changes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline

5+ years program management experienceExpert organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Technical experience in semiconductor industryCurrent, active security clearancePMP certification
