    Job Description:

    This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a background in Client Delivery Project Management to step into a pivotal role within our Client Delivery team. We are seeking a Sr. Professional, Client Delivery who is not just a project manager, but a peer mentor and a catalyst for change who has a blend of hands-on project execution, strategic process leadership and excels at data driven analysis. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our processes by driving improvements, standardizing documentation, and leveraging AI to transform our manual environments.

    Responsibilities

    Process Leadership & Improvement (~50% of Time)

    • Lead Process Improvements: Direct the overall group in identifying and implementing key process improvements to enhance efficiency, decrease onboarding cycle times, streamline functional processes, and improve overall customer satisfaction (NPS scores).
    • Cross-Functional Peer Leadership: Act as a true leader among your peers, collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels-from frontline operational staff to senior executives.
    • Standardize Documentation: Address and solve historical gaps in team knowledge by actively establishing, writing, and standardizing processes and best practices.
    • Drive AI Integration: Evaluate and apply modern AI technologies (such as Gemini and Copilot) to our existing manual workflows to drive innovation and eliminate waste.

    Workforce Management, Reporting & Client Engagement (~25% of Time)

    • Executive Dashboarding: Develop, manage, and maintain dashboards and reports for our executive leadership team focusing on team performance, project trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Capacity Forecasting: Analyze complex pipeline data to contribute directly to workforce management, resource allocation, and capacity forecasting.
    • High-Impact Presentations: Articulate and deliver compelling strategic presentations to both external clients and internal executive stakeholders with limited guidance.

    Project Management (~25% of Time)

    • End-to-End Delivery: Personally manage at least one key client-facing project from initiation to completion, focused on onboarding new or enhanced services for our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) clients.
    • Testing & Scripting: Conduct thorough validation testing and build test scripts to ensure smooth implementation of system solutions.
    • Partner Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Client Delivery Managers and technology partners to identify system bugs, design solutions, and drive continuous product enhancements.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent directly related work experience.
    • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, process improvement, business analysis, or a highly similar hybrid role.
    • Project Delivery: Demonstrated success as a seasoned project manager with a proven track record of managing client-facing projects from start to finish.
    • Process Excellence: A strong background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) with practical experience identifying inefficiencies and reducing cycle times.
    • AI & Tech Literacy: Familiarity with, or a strong professional curiosity about, AI technologies and their practical application to streamline business workflows.
    • Communication & Influence: Stellar presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently translate complex data or technical concepts for executive-level audiences.
    • Analytical Tools: Strong analytical skills with experience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools for dashboard reporting and trend analysis.
    • Collaborative Mindset: A natural peer leader who can mentor junior analysts and foster collaboration across technology partners, and operational teams.
    • Industry Experience: Direct experience in the real estate, tax, mortgage, or MLS (Multiple Listing Service) industries is a strong asset.

    77,700 - 120,000 USD
