A day in your life might include:

Intake & Prioritization

  • Own BSC’s single intake process end to end: receive, assess, and tier all incoming requests from across the organization.
  • Run weekly triage and prioritization against transparent, published criteria, keeping the queue visible and credible.
  • Set clear expectations with requesting teams at the front door — scope, timeline, and tier — so no work is negotiated midstream.
  • Route requests appropriately: strategic engagements to manager or team leader, managed production into the delivery calendar, and routine needs to self-serve tools and templates.

Capacity Planning & Delivery Management

  • Maintain the team’s delivery calendar and manage capacity across creative resources and external partners.
  • Keep flagship campaigns, executive communications, and signature projects on schedule through milestones, reviews, and approval checkpoints.
  • Anticipate capacity crunches and resolve conflicts early, escalating trade-off decisions with clear options and recommendations.
  • Protect delivery continuity during high-volume periods and crisis response, when senior staff are pulled to strategic work.

External Production Partner Management

  • Coordinate SECU’s pre-vetted bench of external creative and production partners for video, motion, and campaign-scale work.
  • Scope, traffic, and manage external projects — briefs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables — under in-house creative direction.
  • Perform quality control on outsourced production, holding all external work to SECU’s brand standards.
  • Track external production spend and maintain vendor documentation and relationships.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as BSC’s primary delivery point of contact for business units, communicating status, timelines, and expectations proactively.
  • Support embedded liaison relationships by surfacing incoming needs from business unit planning rhythms into the intake process.
  • Partner with Performance Marketing on shared-channel content plans, ensuring coordinated delivery through the monthly sync.

Process & Performance

  • Build, document, and continuously improve BSC’s production workflows, templates, and operating procedures.
  • Track and report delivery metrics — intake cycle times by tier, on-time delivery, and Tier 3 self-serve adoption — feeding the BSC scorecard.
  • Identify recurring request patterns and recommend new self-serve tools and templates that expand this capability.

Additional Responsibilities May Include

  • Support production logistics for signature events, activations, and partnership deliverables.
  • Contribute to annual planning by providing capacity, spend, and delivery data.
  • Support crisis communications response with rapid production coordination.
