Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. This role involves coordinating development teams with clients and business lines to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC) process
- 5 years’ experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology
- Experience in Scrum, sprint planning, burn down and velocity reporting, backlog prioritization, retrospectives
- 5 years' experience as a business analyst or project manager
- Experience in managing scope, estimation, project status, reporting, escalation
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Jira, Remedy, Confluence, or similar software delivery tools
- Experience in translating business strategy into work programs and processes
- Experience in technology solutions development appropriate to business needs and objectives
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Experience in design principles and design patterns
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own and manage a mix of simple to complex features within development teams
- Serve as a single point of contact and escalation point between the client/business area and development team
- Coordinate the development of technology solutions and oversee implementation of programs, projects, or processes
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for documentation
