About the Role:
Invesco is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support a group of investment products across our Fundamental Equities franchise. The role is an integral part of the Invesco Americas Product Management team, which provides product line support and service for our North America-based investment capabilities.
Invesco Fundamental Equities (IFE) manages $281 billion in assets as of March 31, 2026. The platform is organized to meet the diverse needs of our global client base with 110+ investment professionals managing a deep and broad product line of 70 equity strategies, across 7 global locations and supporting clients across 25 countries. Our clients are a mix of retail investors and institutions.
Product Management owns the core sales and marketing collateral for our investment platforms and is responsible for delivering high-quality, timely content and reporting, along with managing various product initiatives to support business development across retail, institutional and retirement channels. The Product Management team acts as a liaison between the client portfolio managers (CPMs) & investment teams with other cross-functional business areas on product-specific matters, ensuring alignment of the investment team needs with commercial priorities across the business.
The Senior Product Manager will maintain critical connectivity with CPMs and investment teams, enabling alignment on product positioning, messaging, internal sales needs, portfolio data, and other potential issues to ensure strategic priorities are met. The Senior Product Manager is expected to have a deep subject matter expertise of their product platforms, which includes an intimate knowledge of each strategy's investment philosophy, process, positioning, and performance drivers. The person in this role also must understand equities asset classes and markets, maintain awareness of competitive landscape and trends, and ensure they can clearly articulate how our products differentiate from peers across relevant distribution channels.
The Senior Product Manager in this role will also manage other product and associate product managers as a player/coach, as well as lead enterprise-wide projects, and proactively represent the team on product initiatives cross-functionally with stakeholders across the firm, including legal, compliance, risk, technology, sales/marketing, and other departments.
This position is a multi-faceted, dynamic, and challenging role that demands highly developed skills in communications, analytics, content management, relationship building and business acumen.
