Position Overview
The North American Postbiotics Senior Marketing Manager - Health & Wellness is a strategic marketing leadership role responsible for driving portfolio growth, commercialization strategy, and customer engagement across ADM's Human Nutrition and Health & Wellness platforms.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, NAM H&W, this role owns the development and execution of product marketing strategies that translate scientific innovation into commercially impactful market solutions.
The position serves as a key cross-functional leader connecting sales, commercial, Product Development, R&D, regulatory and scientific affairs, to deliver the North American P&L.. In addition, this role will lead the marketing implementation of ADM's Health & Wellness ingredient portfolio - with a strong emphasis on next-generation microbiome solutions, including postbiotics - within food and beverage applications. The role will identify whitespace opportunities, develop category-specific go-to-market strategies, and partner closely with customers to bring science-backed functional innovation to market across emerging and established F&B formats.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$96,200.00 - $178,000.00The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
