    Are you energized by the challenge of building products that impact millions of customers and drive billion-dollar business growth? In the Selling Partner Trust & Compliance organization we are seeking product leaders who can transform bold ideas into reality while operating with the agility of a startup, backed by world-class resources.

    As a Senior Product Manager Tech on our team, you"ll spearhead initiatives that strengthen the foundation of Amazon"s store. You"ll pioneer innovative solutions to improve enforcement communication for selling for our global selling partners and the satisfaction of millions of customers worldwide.

    You will own:

    • Develop and execute product strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs
    • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and business units
    • Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and inform product decisions
    • Build and maintain strategic roadmaps for trust and compliance initiatives
    • Partner with international teams to ensure global product effectiveness
    • Balance technical constraints with business requirements to deliver optimal solutions
    • Establish clear accountability frameworks and drive project execution
    • Influence core system architecture decisions through direct partnership with engineering

    Key job responsibilities

    You must be able to:

    • Work with internal customers to understand their use cases and their existing solutions.
    • Collaborate with partner engineering teams to drive the product roadmap to improve our enforcement communication experience
    • Address bottlenecks, provide customer input, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
    • Partner with multiple tech and product teams across multiple locations with varying sets of priorities to ensure a timely delivery of the solution.
    • Clarify and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability.
    • Have the ability to query and analyze data, and come up with insightful findings out of data.

    A day in the life

    Work with internal customers to identify and understand their pain points and desired outcomes.

    Define and prioritize requirements and manage product roadmap.

    Use your technical judgment and understanding to test assumptions.

    Think big to build durable products that anticipate future pain points.

    Address bottlenecks, identify inefficiencies, anticipate and make tradeoffs; balance the business and customers' needs versus technical constraints

    Deliver products on time with the right feature set and high quality.

    Evangelize product benefits, simplify onboarding and usability, and drive adoption

    As a part of WW Selling Partner Services (SPS), Selling Partner Trust and Compliance strives to both a) ensure Selling Partners feel confident in growing their business with Amazon, and b) equip Selling Partners with the tools and information they need to maintain compliance with mandated regulatory requirements and adherence to Amazon policies. We build best-in class experiences for Selling Partners to sell in our store, understand and manage their business health, and remain compliant with Amazon's policies and external regulations.
