POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

Qcells is seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Platform Integrations to lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise integration capabilities that connect critical business platforms internally and externally with partners. As part of the Business Architecture team, this role will serve as a product owner for Qcells' integration ecosystem, driving scalable API, middleware, and data exchange solutions that enable business growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation. The primary business domains include Qcells’ solar installation and financing verticals, with partners including solar system design tools and dealers, and key internal systems including CRM, ERP, and related platforms. 

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, product management discipline, and technical expertise in APIs, enterprise integrations, and platform architecture. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, Enterprise Applications, Engineering, and technical and commercial counterparts at third-party vendors to define and deliver integration capabilities aligned with strategic objectives. The position covers strategy and execution of new integrations, as well as the success of existing integrations.  

This position will be based out of the San Francisco office, with 20% of travel as needed.   

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle management of API and other enterprise integrations with our platforms. 

  • Define integration strategies, standards, and governance frameworks that support scalability, security, and maintainability. 

  • Partner with vertical-aligned Business Architecture counterparts to translate business requirements into integration capabilities and reusable services. 

  • Lead prioritization and management of the integration’s product backlog, including business cases, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 

  • Establish and maintain API and integration standards, including documentation, versioning, monitoring, and lifecycle governance. 

  • Drive delivery of integrations across solar design tools, home energy retrofit management platforms, CRM, customer and partner portals, data platforms, and relevant third-party applications. 

  • Collaborate with Product Engineering and Enterprise Applications teams to ensure alignment with target-state architecture and technology strategy. 

  • Analyze usage metrics, operational performance, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive adoption; develop KPI frameworks to measure platform reliability, integration performance, business value, and user adoption. 

  • Evaluate emerging/potential integration technologies and recommend solutions that enhance interoperability and business agility. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 6-8 years of experience in integrations product management, business architecture, enterprise applications, or similar. 

  • Proven experience leading API and integration initiatives in complex enterprise environments. 

  • Experience with Agile product delivery methodologies and backlog management. 

  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

  • Experience developing product roadmaps, business cases, and measurable outcomes. 

  • Strong knowledge of product development methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. 

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. 

  • Experience in solar, renewable energy, fintech, or related industries. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Familiarity with residential solar platforms and economics. 

  • Product and/or business specialization, e.g., Agile or Product certifications (CSM, CSPO, etc.), MBA, or others. 

  • AI fluency with experience delivering material business impact 

  • Experience supporting digital transformation and enterprise platform initiatives. 

  • Experience working with global teams.  

COMPENSATION: 

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the anticipated annual base salary for this position is: 

  • Zone 1 (Bay Area, NYC): $164,400 – $205,400   

  • Zone 2 (CA, NJ, NY): $150,700 – $188,300   

  • Zone 3 (All others): $137,000 – $171,200 

The applicable salary range is based on the employee’s primary work location. Individual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other business-related factors.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to, skill set, education, licenses and certifications, essential job duties and requirements, and the necessary experience relative to the job’s minimum qualifications.
