Description

We are currently seeking a Sr. Product Manager for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in South San Francisco, CA. Details for the position are as follows:
 
Job Description:
  • Pay: $72.28 – 93.75/hr (W2)
  • 1-year assignment with potential for extension based on performance and business need
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite required
  • You will lead the business-side implementation and governance of the enterprise Consent Management Platform (CMP)
  • Define consent workflows, business requirements, and data governance while partnering with IT and CMP vendors
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across patient strategy, marketing, legal, compliance, medical, data, and technology teams
  • Oversee business readiness, user adoption, training, testing, and post-launch support for the CMP
  • Establish consent standards, reporting, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CCPA, and state privacy laws)
  • Develop first-party data and consent strategies while aligning stakeholders and balancing business, technical, and compliance needs
  • Serve as the primary business lead for consent management, providing strategic direction and driving decisions across a complex matrixed organization
 
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, program management, operations, or strategy within pharma, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA, CCPA, state privacy laws, and healthcare consent management requirements
  • Experience designing operational workflows, governance models, SLAs, and business processes
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in complex matrixed organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs), pharmaceutical organizations, patient engagement/access programs, or portfolio-level governance is highly preferred
