Senior Product Manager – Media Supply Chain
Location: Glendale, CA (preferred); New York City, FL, or Seattle
Work Schedule: Hybrid – onsite 1–2 days per week
Pay Range: $75/hour to $87/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager – Media Supply Chain to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting media publishing workflows. This role will partner closely with product, engineering, creative, operations, publishing, and executive stakeholders to define priorities, manage delivery, and ensure solutions align with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Product Leadership & Delivery
  • Lead product initiatives from concept through delivery across complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Define product objectives, priorities, roadmaps, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Partner with engineering, publishing operations, creative, and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive initiatives that improve media supply chain and publishing workflows.
Media Supply Chain & Publishing
  • Support and optimize workflows related to title management, planning, content, and media supply chain operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across publishing and technology to identify opportunities for process and product improvements.
  • Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end publishing workflows and operational dependencies.
  • Help establish scalable processes, tools, and solutions that support efficient content and media delivery.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration across product, engineering, publishing operations, creative, and external partners.
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Build alignment across teams and effectively influence without direct authority.
  • Identify and resolve competing priorities, dependencies, and challenges.
Planning, Governance & Risk Management
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, plans, priorities, and delivery milestones.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate product and delivery risks.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate product governance and documentation.
  • Support Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
  • Continuously improve product processes, tools, workflows, and operating practices.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in media, entertainment, publishing, or a related environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in title management, planning, and media supply chain.
  • Direct experience with publishing workflows; experience focused primarily on websites or consumer applications does not meet the core requirement.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology teams.
  • Strong understanding of product management and delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within media, entertainment, publishing, or content supply chain organizations.
  • Experience with large-scale publishing or media operations.
  • Familiarity with content lifecycle management, title management systems, planning processes, and related technology platforms.
  • Experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
