Job Description
Role Summary:
Visa believes Agentic Commerce will fundamentally transform how consumers and businesses discover, decide, and transact. The Sr. Product Manager, Risk & Security (RAS) focused on Agentic Commerce Risk will help shape how Visa enables this future by driving our risk strategy and solution direction across agent-driven payment experiences. This leader is expected to have/develop a deep understanding of the evolving agentic commerce ecosystem, inside and outside Visa, and define how fraud, abuse, and trust challenges emerge when AI agents participate in commerce. They will lead RAS thinking on risk posture, narratives, and solution strategies, partnering closely with the Agentic Commerce and multiple RAS product teams to drive clear, actionable outcomes.
Working across cross-functional teams including Agentic Commerce, Product, Technology, Data Science, and Market teams, this role will define fraud and risk strategies, risk product direction, and solution approaches that enable safe adoption and scale. The role is responsible for anticipating emerging threats and ensuring Visa, its clients, and the broader ecosystem remain protected from fraud, abuse, and misuse while building trust and confidence in agent-driven commerce.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
