Simpli.fi is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the core Simpli.fi DSP platform experience: the web application, campaign workflow, and self-service tooling that enterprise advertisers use to configure, manage, and optimize their trading activity at scale.
This role will involve working on a technically complex platform that has grown significantly over time, with an engineering organization that takes that complexity seriously. There is real brownfield work here -- systems and workflows that need modernization -- and there is also genuine greenfield opportunity to build new experiences on top of data assets and infrastructure that are legitimately differentiated in the market.
The right candidate sees both as interesting. You are comfortable navigating complexity, patient enough to understand deeply before acting, and motivated by the long arc of making a hard product meaningfully better.
Awesome company environment and benefits with a great management team. Competitive pay based on experience, 17 PTO days, 401K match, long-term incentive plan and employer sponsored healthcare options. Hybrid work schedule. Fully remote options as well depending on the position. Company is focused on developing and mentoring employees!
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
