Collaborate with design, process, test, reliability, and manufacturing engineering teams to resolve product issues and production challenges. Develop and sustain process improvements aimed at reducing production costs, increasing yield, and improving manufacturing efficiency.Top Skills:<ul><li>Electro-mechanical assembly and component integration</li><li>Experience specifying and qualifying automated assembly and test equipment</li><li>Expertise in improving assembly throughput, reducing unit-to-unit variation, and improving first-pass yield</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities with creative engineering approaches</li><li>Experience in mechanical and/or chemical engineering environments</li><li>Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration</li><li>Experience with experimental design and measurement systems preferred, including instrumentation and laboratory equipment design</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint</li></ul>
