Job Summary:This role involves providing comprehensive design support to a systems design team, focusing on the successful rollout and adoption of new design components. You will be instrumental in defining the visual identity and user experience for a new website, translating concepts into functional prototypes. Furthermore, you will educate users, track adoption metrics, and maintain crucial design documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training materials for new design system features.
- Create interactive prototypes to validate design concepts with engineering.
- Document design decisions and rationale for ongoing reference.
- Provide direct user support and troubleshooting during implementation.
- Define the visual aesthetic and user interactions for a new website.
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in design systems principles.
- Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
- Ability to create and maintain design documentation.
Experience in building and scaling design systems within a technology or software development environment is preferred.
