Sr. Procurement Specialist (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking a Sr. Procurement Specialist to manage the procurement of construction services supporting its Capital Projects portfolio. This position will procure Civil, Electrical, and Architecture/Engineering (A/E) services through purchase orders and contracts. Responsibilities include supporting planned and emergent operational work, managing renewals, and re-sourcing recurring contractual commitments.

• Serve as a procurement subject-matter expert supporting multiple business units.
• Identify and qualify suppliers and contractors.
• Manage sourcing activities for construction-related services.
• Prepare and issue requests for proposals.
• Analyze proposals and evaluate supplier bids.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial requirements.
• Integrate technical scopes of work and commercial requirements into contracts and purchase orders.
• Develop and administer materials and services contracts.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate material and service planning.
• Manage internal technical, legal, and commercial review processes.
• Support planned, recurring, and emergent procurement requirements.
• Maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of procurement or supply chain management experience.
• Experience analyzing proposals and negotiating with suppliers for materials and services.
• Experience incorporating scopes of work and commercial requirements into contracts and purchase orders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between work locations as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction-services procurement experience involving Civil, Electrical, or A/E services.
• Experience using Ariba, SAP, or contract lifecycle management systems.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated history of internal client satisfaction.

Pay Range: $49.00 - $54.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
