Duration: 8 Months+ Contract
Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

Position Summary

The Senior Specialist, Procurement Business Optimization – PPA will drive procurement process improvement, business optimization, reporting, and operational excellence initiatives for client Procurement organization.

This role will partner with Procurement, Client Business Services, IT, and cross-functional business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, streamline workflows, enhance business processes, and support the implementation of scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, analytical, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. Experience with SAP, Power BI, and process automation tools is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the continuous improvement and optimization of procurement business processes, systems, and operational activities.

• Coordinate procurement programs and activities managed by Client Business Services, providing subject matter expertise and operational support.

• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, standardization, and compliance.

• Lead or support cross-functional projects, system enhancements, integrations, acquisitions, and strategic business initiatives.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and analytical insights to support business performance and decision-making.

• Analyze existing workflows, identify operational challenges, and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Support governance, compliance, and standardization of procurement processes across business functions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience managing projects or working with cross-functional teams on process improvement, operational excellence, or change management initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, overcome obstacles, and deliver results across multiple stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Copilot.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and procurement or enterprise business systems.

• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.

• Background in procurement operations, supply chain, business process optimization, or business transformation.

• Experience developing dashboards, tracking KPIs, and preparing management reports.

Additional Requirements

• Must be available to work full-time from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

• Must be available for occasional travel and work beyond regular scheduled hours, as business needs require.
