  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or similar).
  • Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Proficiency in process controls and continuous improvement, notably in minimizing waste and boosting efficiency.
  • Strong project management skills, adept at handling budget and timeline objectives.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in automotive manufacturing and capital equipment projects.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D design tools and advanced data analysis skills.
