- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies, or similar).
- Minimum of five years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in process controls and continuous improvement, notably in minimizing waste and boosting efficiency.
- Strong project management skills, adept at handling budget and timeline objectives.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in automotive manufacturing and capital equipment projects.
