Join us!Job Description:We are seeking a strategic Process Design leader with a strong transformation mindset, capable of challenging conventional thinking and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. The successful candidate will combine process architecture expertise, analytical rigour, AI adoption capabilities and critical thinking skills to help shape and deliver the future AML operating model.Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Process analysis, risk identification, controls and governance design in the context of AIProcess Challenge and Process ImprovementsEvaluate current state and provide high quality view of processes along with identification of pain pointsDesign target state in the context of AI with the right controls and human-in-the-loop governance in place.
