The candidate should be a self‑starter with familiarity working in an Integrated Product Team construct.Roles And Responsibilities Will IncludeResponsible Engineer in the field of Electro Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) Sensor System developmentProvide overall technical strategy for Systems, development, supplier management, integration, and testing.Improve current architecture and synthesize architectural concepts for future solutionsProvide technical direction/guidance to multi‑discipline engineering teams and ensure technical oversight on all efforts from concept to design.Evaluating the impact of installation and environmental conditions such as windows, vibration, thermal gradients and atmospheric effects.The selected candidate will be required to work full‑time, on‑site at our facility. There is NO remote / hybrid / telework available for this position.
