Essential Functions
- Evaluates, recommends, designs, and develops engaging & effective digital products.
- Supports enhancements to existing systems in order to drive end user adoption & support business needs.
- Identifies requirements and enhances usability of digital products through the design of intuitive process flows, tests and prototypes.
- Acts as primary contact to the development and supports analysts that support other parts of the business.
- Ensures clear communication and successful issue resolution.
- Stays informed on technology & research on business trends, end user preferences & identifies opportunities to apply new technologies to enhance the digital experience.
Required Qualifications
- Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 10-12 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
- Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
- Discipline/Major: Information Technology or related degree preferred.
- Knowledge, skills & abilities: Compatibility Testing. Functional Requirements. IT Operations. IT Performance Management. Process Mapping. Requirements Analysis. System Development Life Cycle. System Documentation. System Integration Testing. System Integrations. Systems Analysis. Systems Modelling. Technical Specification Design. Diagramming Software.
- Proven experiencein ERP systems, with a focus on finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Projects).
- Knowledge and experience in how an ERP financial system functions and operates (Defense industry experiencepreferred).
- Strong Background in both production support and implementation of ERP solutions.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
- Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
