    Description

Come be a part of a rapidly expanding $35 billion dollar global business. At Amazon Business, a fast-growing startup passionate about building solutions, we set out every day to innovate and disrupt the status quo. We stand at the intersection of tech & retail in the B2B space developing innovative purchasing and procurement solutions to help businesses and organizations thrive. At Amazon Business, we strive to be the most recognized and preferred strategic partner for smart business buying. Bring your insight, imagination and a healthy disregard for the impossible. Join us in building and celebrating the value of Amazon Business to buyers and sellers of all sizes and industries. Unlock your career potential.

Amazon Business 3P (AB3P) owns the seller experience within Amazon Business, building the products and programs that enable third-party sellers to reach and serve enterprise customers. As a Senior Product Manager - Technical for B2B Seller Experience, you will own a portfolio of seller-facing products that help sellers understand, navigate, and succeed in the B2B channel. You will work at the intersection of seller experience design, AI-powered seller tools, and platform integrations - building features that make it easier for sellers to qualify, engage, and grow with business customers on Amazon.

A core part of this role is driving Amazon Business"s Socially Responsible Purchasing (SRP) program from the seller side. Enterprise procurement teams increasingly require verified seller qualifications - diversity certifications, sustainability credentials (e.g., EcoVadis), quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and federal compliance designations (e.g., NDAA Section 889) - as mandatory criteria before engaging a supplier. You will own the seller experience for the Seller Certifications program: how sellers discover, obtain, manage, and benefit from these qualifications on Amazon Business. This program is the single largest driver of SRP, covering nearly 50% of worldwide SRP sales from AB customers, and operates across the US, EU, Japan, Canada, and Australia.

Your roadmap might span span a mix of UI, API, and AI native products and capabilities. This role requires deep product ownership, cross-functional influence, and the ability to operate from long-term vision to ground-level execution detail.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Own the end-to-end product roadmap for a portfolio of B2B seller experience features, including seller qualification (certifications and credentials), AI-powered seller tools, and seller-facing B2B program experiences.
    • Lead product development for Seller Certifications: direct integrations with third-party certifying agencies, AI-powered verification pipelines, and automated certification discovery that reduces seller effort and manual audit dependency.
    • Drive the seller experience for B2B qualification within the Next-Generation Seller (NGS) platform - building a unified hub where sellers discover, obtain, and manage certifications, credentials, and business profile qualifications in one place.
    • Define and prioritize the features that help sellers understand their B2B opportunity: ROI dashboards, certification impact data, personalized recommendations, and lifecycle management tools.
    • Partner with Science and Engineering teams to develop AI/ML-based seller-to-company matching, credential granting pipelines, and intelligent recommendation models.
    • Manage relationships with external certifying agencies (e.g., EcoVadis, the International Accreditation Forum, SAM.gov, Supply Nation) and internal stakeholders across Seller Central, Customer Experience, and AB data platform teams.
    • Define and track program metrics: qualified seller pool size, ABGMS (Amazon Business Gross Merchandise Sales) coverage by certification category, seller churn rate, audit wait time, and feature adoption.
    • Champion WW expansion of seller qualification programs into new markets, working with legal, compliance, and regional teams to launch with minimal per-market operational investment.

    A day in the life

You"ll spend your time at the intersection of seller experience design, enterprise customer requirements, and technical product architecture. In the morning, you might review seller churn data by certification category and design experiments for a new onboarding touchpoint in Seller Central. In the afternoon, you"re aligning with an Engineering lead on the agency data ingestion pipeline, or writing a PRD (Product Requirements Document) for the EU certification lifecycle feature. You"ll connect with global counterparts in EU, Japan, and Australia to adapt programs for regional needs, and engage directly with enterprise customers to understand their evolving procurement standards. The role operates at the center of a high-visibility program with direct impact on Amazon Business"s responsible purchasing growth and seller success.

    About Company

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

    It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

    Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
