    Description

    A leading Automotive Finance company, located in Irvine, CA is seeking a Sr. PM/ OCM & Training Lead for a 6-12+ month contract role. This role is a hybrid role and requires 2-3 days a week onsite. Position Summary The OCM & Training Lead will be responsible for leading all Organizational Change Management (OCM), business readiness, communications, training strategy, and training material development activities for the LOS Modernization Program. This role will work across Business, Operations, IT, Digital, Training, and Vendor teams to ensure impacted users are prepared for process, system, and organizational changes resulting from the implementation of the new Salesforce-based Loan Origination System. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading change initiatives for large-scale transformation programs and developing end-user training materials, job aids, communications, and learning content. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Organizational Change Management * Develop and execute the overall change management strategy for the LOS Modernization Program. * Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness assessments. * Identify organizational, process, role, and technology impacts. * Develop mitigation plans to address change resistance and adoption risks. * Create and maintain change management plans, roadmaps, and readiness metrics. * Partner with business leaders to champion organizational adoption. Business Readiness * Lead business readiness planning and execution across all impacted business areas. * Coordinate readiness assessments and go-live preparedness reviews. * Identify process, policy, procedure, and operational changes required to support the new LOS platform. * Ensure all business units are prepared for deployment and adoption. Communications Management * Develop and execute program communication strategies. * Create executive communications, newsletters, status updates, FAQs, and stakeholder messaging. * Build communication plans tailored to various stakeholder groups. * Coordinate project announcements, leadership updates, and business engagement activities. Training Strategy & Development * Develop the overall training strategy, curriculum, and learning framework. * Create role-based training plans for end users, managers, operations teams, and support teams. * Define training schedules, delivery methods, and success measures. * Coordinate training environments and training logistics. Training Material Development The OCM & Training Lead will be responsible for developing or overseeing creation of: * Instructor-led training materials * Participant guides * Facilitator guides * Job aids * Quick reference guides * Standard operating procedures (SOPs) * E-learning content * System simulations * Process flow documentation * Training videos * Knowledge articles * FAQs * Business process documentation * Release communications * Adoption toolkits Training Delivery & Adoption * Facilitate instructor-led training sessions and workshops. * Coordinate train-the-trainer activities. * Measure training effectiveness and user adoption. * Collect feedback and adjust training materials as needed. * Track training completion and readiness metrics.
