Job Description:
You Will Make Your Mark by:
Enable complex performance testing and monitoring of products to ensure system level objectives.
Collaborate with Engineering to proactively troubleshoot performance related issues and provide input on implementation considerations to ensure good performance.
Automate and maintain methods to deploy new testbeds in various Cloud platforms for performance testing.
Manage day-to-day operations to ensure the performance testbeds are up and running smoothly.
Deploy new features and functionalities to testing frameworks.
About You:
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent job-related experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Linux OS, User-Space and Programming.
Strong troubleshooting skills and hands on knowledge of profiling/debugging/network traffic generating tools such as iperf, Nuttcp, Nmap, etc.
Experience in automation using Python and using PyTest to write unit-tests for new processes is a must.
Comfortable with tools and system administration using MySQL, Docker Swarm, Jenkins, etc.
Experience with virtualization technologies is preferable.
Familiarity with networking/TCP stack preferable.
Good communication skills, written and verbal, along with ability to communicate complex procedures.
Excellent organizational skills, along with ability to remain focused on completing tasks and meeting goals.
