Pay Rate: $48.14/hr

Position Overview

Support Payroll Operations by ensuring accurate Workday payroll tax setup, tax filings, reconciliations, compliance, and payroll processing across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and maintain Workday Payroll Tax setup for legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Review monthly/quarterly tax filings and reconcile QTD/YTD payroll taxes.
• Manage SUI rate updates, tax jurisdictions, and payroll tax notices.
• Partner with Alight, HRIT, and Payroll Accounting to resolve tax issues.
• Reconcile payroll taxes with G/L records and research outstanding items.
• Support internal/external audits and year-end tax activities.
• Oversee regular, special, and supplemental payroll processing.
• Identify and resolve payroll tax discrepancies and compliance risks.
• Perform payroll system audits and ensure data integrity.
• Support system enhancements, testing, reporting, and process improvements.

Education & Experience
