WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Sr. Payroll and Human Resources Specialist serves as a key Human Resources professional at the Fountain Inn Plant with primary responsibilities for US payroll administration, health & welfare and retirement benefits administration as well as other Human Resources functions.
This role ensures accurate and compliant payroll processing, assists with the day-to-day administration of health & welfare and retirement benefits and supports the Human Resource operations of the Fountain Inn Plant. Also acts as a trusted resource for the NA Human Resources Director, as well as the Fountain Inn Leadership Team and employees.
This position also supports organizational initiatives that promote compliance, operational excellence and employee engagement and relations at the Fountain Inn Plant.
