Overview
We are seeking a hands-on SR. Payroll and Benefits Analyst. This SR. Payroll and Benefits Analyst will serve as the expert responsible for restoring accuracy, improving processes, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities of SR. Payroll and Benefits Analyst
Lead payroll and benefits clean-up projects
Assist with labor allocations
Perform 401(k) clean-up and reconciliation
Set up and administer employee benefits
Support file feeds and employee data transfers from HR systems to vendors
Identify and implement payroll and benefits process improvements
Requirements of SR. Payroll and Benefits Analyst
Proven experience as a SR. Payroll and Benefits Analyst
Payroll and benefits expert with demonstrated clean-up experience
The SR. Payroll and Benefits Analyst must have strong attention to detail
Paycor experience is a plus
