Inviting applications for the role of Sr. Partner- SCM Advisory
Responsibilities:- Accelerate growth of Supply Chain Advisory to grow to $40 M in FY26- Strategy Development & Execution: Identify the specific advisory capabilities needed to activate the overall Supply Chain strategy and collaborate with the leadership team to activate it.- Stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies research new advancements and provide strategic insights to guide decision-making.- Offering Development: Create/refine offerings to improve Supply Chain KP Is and to design/implement transformation programs across the SCOR model and drive consistency in approach of Design & Business Integration across all SCOR domain specific programs.- Practice Development: Lead a supply chain specific practice with capabilities across the domain that has the capability to identify Advanced Technology solutions and deliver Business Integration components of the journey.- Experience identifying talent needs and attracting and building skills relevant to the market that drive high utilization & profitability.- Mindset: Act as a practitioner on the largest and most complex deals to deliver our most important programs and refine our offerings with applied experience.- Client Engagement: Build deep trust-based client relationships based on a high level of capability and a proven track record of delivering client results.- Engage with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives and board members to present technology strategies progress updates and future plans.- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with other service line / unit leaders to determine the organizational interlocks and strengthen internal relationships to jointly sell & deliver engagements to clients.- Collaborate closely with the sales and unit teams to identify client needs and develop tailored solutions.
