Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and organizing real estate transaction documents. Coordinate due diligence processes, including title and survey reviews. Maintain and manage transaction files and schedules. Support closing processes by preparing closing documents and coordinating with relevant parties. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local real estate regulations. Conduct research related to real estate law and provide summaries for attorneys. Handle post-closing matters, including filing and recording documents. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.

A successful Senior Paralegal - Real Estate should have: Proficiency in handling real estate transactions and related documentation. Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in California.
