Schedule: Part-Time (Core Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Lead Graphic Designer with a strong background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) packaging design. In this role, you will create innovative, consumer-focused packaging concepts, develop production-ready artwork, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and packaging updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Design packaging for new products, line extensions, and packaging refreshes.
• Develop production-ready artwork and ensure print accuracy.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Packaging, Regulatory, and Production teams.
• Maintain brand consistency across packaging and related assets.
• Support packaging revisions, claims updates, and artwork changes.
• Stay current with packaging trends, print technologies, and sustainability practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5–7 years of professional packaging design experience in CPG, food, nutrition, or health products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging design work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Firefly/AI tools are a plus).
• Experience with print production, mechanical artwork, and packaging file preparation.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Preferred: Experience designing packaging for nutrition, health, or food brands.
